What is biometric access control?
Biometric access control uses our unique body features to identify and grant access to a protected space, or to allow a person to operate a computer for instance. Biometric identification methods are non invasive, scanning or analysing of our finger or palm print, retina profile or even face temperature feature.
Most common biometric access control systems record and read the finger print of the authorized persons.
They will not work only in the instance of a badly damaged finger, regular cuts, dirt, swelling and variations in profile will not disturb the system.
